PSV = Chelsea. In the historical grand scheme of things they're a nuisance who had the benefit of a deep-pocketed benefactor come along a couple decades ago and turn them into a title contender. But honestly, the two legit historical big clubs (and therefore the biggest rivalry... by far) is Ajax and Feyenoord. Just like in England it's Man Utd and Liverpool and probably always will be, no matter how much Chelsea wants to be included.

And I agree with your assessment of this season. The team has been horribly inconsistent all season and has lost some key players (the timing and lack of vision re the Sneijder transfer was almost Zlatan-esque... ugh). To be honest, I'm actually surprised the team is in as good of a position in the standings as it is. Given the personnel issues, and as a result, the inconsistency issues, I thought there would be no way this team would still have a chance to win the title on the last weekend. Coming in second place three points back from the winner is, realistically, an okay result to me... winning the title would just be gravy.

I mean, hell, look at AZ's season.
